Our alarm clock went off at 12:05am on the day of our 18th wedding anniversary. (Thankfully we had just gone to bed and were not awakened.) Joshua had made a card for us with a note that we were to pick up a gift from the local Tain Pottery. Being the fellow he is, he arranged that we would be there to see it being painted. It was a wonderful surprise. All the kids had given of their wealth and we were delighted with this 6 inch plate!
Because we were watching the artist at work, she asked if there was anything else we wanted on it. As you can see, she wrote all the kids' names on the backside.
