There were loads of laundry to do but the sun doesn't shine everyday. In fact, we haven't seen the sun in about 2 weeks. So, this morning when the sky was blue we dropped everything and went to Portmahomack beach about ten miles away. By about 2pm it started to sprinkle so it was a good time to go home.
It was truly a fantastic day. I must say that we do appreciate the sun here as it frequents less often then we were used to in Canada.
Mark had a great time tasting the sand while the others built a sand castle on an island in their little loch.
